Can someone tell me if the 2005 rules are the same as 2004 and how fast do you need to run to have a chance to win

Can someone tell me if the 2005 rules are the same as 2004 and how fast do you need to run to have a chance to win I think they are the same except eveyone gets to weigh 100 pounds less. |

Can someone tell me if the 2005 rules are the same as 2004 and how fast do you need to run to have a chance to win All the last thing you asked about I think 4.50's and 60's will be the top 3 to 5 cars and maybe a 4.40 if the track is smooth and prepped properly with Turbo's and big tires. |
