Who in the Louisville area can certify the cage in my car?
How much does it cost and how do I get in contact with them?

You would need to call Travis Miller - (502) 363-2060
I guess it's still $75 if done at the track (a seminar, as the NHRA calls it); I think it's $110 (approx.) if he comes to your house (not certain on that - check when you call).

This weeks National Dragster has a list of chassis certification dates for Division 3. Hope this helps.

Hey Damon are you guys putting the Vega back together?? Hey, Travis. We are getting things together. The car sits in the garage...well, what's left of it is......dad cut out the floor, and from the firewall forward......don't really want a tube car, but that's what I'm getting! We will have the mean tangerine back in action this spring! How are things with your car? Hope you get it lined out soon, I want to see that thing run!!! Later, Damon

I took it down for a test and tune toward the end of the year and I really didn't have any luck getting down the track under full power. I've been talking to alot of people about what could be wrong with it and I've gotten some good suggestions. Its just getting time to work on it. Living 80 miles away from your car and only having a couple of day if that many to work on your car doesn't cut it. I'm hoping to have the thing together. I want to see what the thing will run. Bill should have his Vega back together in the next couple of weeks the way he talked the other day.

I talked to Travis Miller yesterday and he said the first weekend in March 2005 at Ohio Valleys test and tune they would have a seminar for chassis certifications. Hope this helps. Happy Holidays and good luck for next year. Later Ray Hall (Hall Racing)
