New to the track

Hello to all,

I willl be moving back to Louisville in April/May and will be racing at OVD this year. Would anyone care to fill me in on track idiosyncracies(left lane vs. right lane e.t. differences, rollout, etc....)?

I am interested in buying 1 or more 55 gallon drums of C-16 (or equivalent). Who would you recommend as a fuel distributor?

On the green side, is there an oil recycling firm that anyone uses?

personally speaking OUR cars are never more than .001 (ET) slower out of the right lane. a lot of people say that there is no difference. I have seen more cars break loose in the right lane as opposed to the left.
There are oil recycling barrels all around the track, if that helps.
I can't help with the fuel problem, we run alcohol, but i'm sure somone elso will chime in soon. I'm sure that you know, The Valley is one of the best facilities around, and i can tell you first hand, you will meet some of the friendliest people anywhere. Don't let some of the internet bashing that you may see on here fool you, it's been a long winter, and we've all got cabin fever!

The lanes at the track are pretty equal as Tammy has said. As for fuel you can contact Wayne Bilbrey at [phone]. He is a TORCO rep and can help you with your fuel needs. We've been using TORCO 118 NOS for the last few years with good results.

Thanks to all that replied. I have raced in Div. 4 for years. I've made lots of great friends and will them dearly. I am sure that the people I will meet will only add to my list of favorite people. See you at the Divisionals and locally.
