gates open at 10 am CST, that is 11 am Louisville time, time runs at 10:30 CST, elims at 1:pm

The Kentuckiana Drag racers Association is invading US60 on
9-24-06 (sunday) and EVERYONE is invited. You DO NOT have to be a member to come to this race We are sponsoring an OPEN race, instead of having our annual picnic race this year.

Due to the current rainy conditions, the conditions of the pit area of the track from to the rain yesterday and today, the flooding in surrounding areas, and possibly more rain to come, the officers of the KDR, after talking to the track owner about the conditions of the track have decided to cancel the Fall Blitz. At this time we have NO scheduled rain date. If we do reschedule, it will be posted here as soon as possible. This has been a diffucult decision, but we feel that it is best for all involved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

thanks erroll! you dont know how tough it was to call it off.....i cried over it this morning when people were still calling wanting to race. it makes me feel god knowing that it was going to work out so well, when people said it wouldnt...well now we know they were wrong, huh? I have no doubt we wouldve made the pay out. we had over 50 phone calls between yesterday evening and this morning. It was going to be one hell of a turn out. i will have marty give you a call on the converter, and i will see about getting it down there to you this week if you want.

Indy would have been fun with or without us, i bet...it was a pretty fun trip though a little tiring. All we did was flip a few burgers and hang a little toilet paper....and mary really helped make the stands look great. as soon as i get my butt to walmart and get the film developed i will post the pictures.
