New engine dropped off at Speed shop. New tunnel ram ordered...Carl said that the tunnel ram I had used was for low/mid RPM and was really made for marine use.
Ned?...got any boat projects in the works....? (that otta get some trouble started)...
Hoping to get some baseline numbers by the weekend with Genes original setup then add a couple of carbs and see what happens.
Rob.

Rob. sounds good Rob are going to reuse the carbs? hey Rob the blue wagon is a boat and needs a low to mid range intake ;D you better hit the shift points now or the motor will be all over the track I did try several different style tunnels rams on my old small blocks back in the 1970's. rob when we ran I had a weiland with inline 600 carbs. that motor went 7.40's back then @ 3300 lbs. but after a couple trips to the track and a few adjustments it went 7.18 with a 327 c.i. pump gas street motor ;D
