I am the wrong one for you guys to be talking safety with, i try to always stress the issue of using good judgement when behind the wheel of these cars...There will be wrecks if there isnt more common sense used when running on the 8.5's, so dont be a cowboy and lift when its needed...We like the rules that we have and have no plans to follow someone elses, there are as many holes in the OSCA's as there are in anyones...

charlie you are exactly right and i hope you just keep the rules the way they have been and maybe take a 100 of the big blocks or something and lets just go racing and see how it turns out.
Thanks Bernard Newton358

Leave the rules the same! Let the tire and weight be the limiting factor of the class. Charlie said this class was for fun but also said it is a stepping stone for True Street. The True Street cars go faster every year why shouldn't this class.

Keep the small blocks at 3200 and let the big blocks go at 3300 and lets race. Oh yeah T-Bird, I hope we meet up on the track sometime next year and I hope you have a big block also, then we will see who's crying after the race!

I agree with you darren I'm tired of talking about it to. I've told 358 the same thing. The crazy thing about it is that its over $200 and some bragging rights. Hell I just want to race. Its getting close to winter and I think everybody is ready to go racing again. I hope to see you guys at the track next year. I know I'll see 358 between now and then. How many people actually ran the class last year?? And how many more people do you think will join?? Will the payout be higher if more people are going to run the class?? I know of at least four new people who are going to run the class, so guys you better watch out ;D. All of the cars should be pretty competitive.

Tired of arguing about everything. $200 is not enough to worry about. We should just have fun racing and hanging out with each other every month and not worry about who wins what. See ya at the banquet Wayne!
