it had nothing to do with the KDR, and thats all i have to say on the matter. it had to do with the ohio valley/indy trip, which the clubs only involvement in was a cook out that we sponsored. All of this other talk is about moneys spent on decorating the stands...KDR had nothing to do with that. Sorry for any confusion, and i am trying to straighten that out with errol and mary myself. i see no reason for hard feelings over what seems to be a misunderstanding.

I have asked to be left alone and can"t get the point across. Mary suffered a stroke in March of this year and I do not want a reocurance. She was told to spend no more than $50 for decorations which she worked her butt off making. Told to get receipts by someone I will not name and the Valley would reimberse her. She gave the receipt to another individual from KDR after asking "who she should turn the receipts into". That person took the receipt and told Mary it would be taken care of. We are not pointing fingers just stating facts and no we are not rich. $50 out of our budget hurts when you are living off of one pension. Some day maybe individuals will realize what that means .No names have been mentioned here but Mary"s and mine . Nor were they in the past correspondence. No money is wanted from anyone period. One more time PLEASE leave me andf Mary alone. Cancel our KDR membership. Errol and Mary.

the Kentuckiana Drag Racers Association. Its been around for more than 30 years and has many members in Kentucky and Indiana. Its actually a great group of racers, and we have a lot of fun with our various activities, contrary to what you might have guessed from the little drama on here. we have meetings every month with a money drawing, a news letter, from time to time we raffle things off at the track, we do a pic nic or race every year (got rained out this year), we have contingency nigths at ohio valley where we offer bonuses on top of the regular purse should a member win, we have a contingency activities at US60 as well, and will be having halloween activities in conjunction with Ohio Valley on October 28.....membership is $25 a year....our president is Marty Smith, Vice President Alton Worley, Committee Chair~ Piper Bilbrey, Secretary~ Tammy Smith & Treasurer~ Cindi Hammons...See any officer to join!....end of infomercial....
